Sweden boasts some of the world's top golfers, and now we invite you to experience a golf trip like no other. Stay in our traditional Swedish lake house and play at the renowned Öijared Golf Club, which offers four exceptional courses.

One of the best things about Swedish summers is the extended daylight, allowing you to enjoy a full day of sightseeing and still tee off in the late afternoon. Välkomna!

The stunning Öijared Golf Club, with its clubhouse and resort designed by the renowned and award-winning architect Gert Wingårdh, is truly a place to relax and enjoy golf. Here, you'll feel at one with nature both inside and outside the clubhouse. The Golf Club boasts three 18-hole courses and one 9-hole multi-course.

After your game, you can unwind and take in the beautiful views before relaxing your body in the Spa, which is included in the price.

This course is great for foot golf, Frisbee golf and golf for 30, 50 and 100 metres.

To warm up before the game Öijared has a driving range, practice area, putting green, pitching green, chipping green and a practice bunker.

We have outlined a price list for shorter breaks below. If you would like to add on nights without golf please do let us know and we can agree a custom price.

How to get to house and golf course

With direct flights from Heathrow, Stansted and Manchester you can be relaxing on the terrace with a drink within 4 hours of leaving your house. The trip from Gothenburg airport to the house takes approximately 25 minutes. Renting a car is easy at Gothenburg airport as it’s a small airport with all the major rental car companies. Book early for the best rates.

Taxis are also available to prebook or grab at the airport.

There is Zero tolerance on alcohol so you will need a designated driver or leave your car at the Golf club after your round if you want to relax and enjoy the bar at the 19th Hole.

When you have booked your trip we will send all information on how to get to the supermarket, Gothenburg and Alingsås. There is so much to do and having an extra day added on to above might not be a bad idea,

Additional rounds can be booked through us in advance to secure your spot. You can also book on the day if there is availability.

If you're on a road trip through Sweden and wish to play at other golf clubs, we can provide advice on other courses and help with booking them for you.
